Prepaid deposit
You pay a deposit to Taleik by bank transfer, and Taleik credits it to your prepaid USD balance when the transfer arrives. Placing an order reserves its price from that balance; the reservation is charged when the eSIM is delivered and returned if it cannot be delivered.
Prices
Taleik sets the price you pay for each plan, according to your pricing tier. Prices can change; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
Ordering for your travellers
You order one eSIM per traveller, for one traveller at a time or for a whole group at once. A group order is placed only if your available balance covers all of it. You are responsible for checking that each traveller’s phone supports eSIM.
Delivering eSIMs
When an eSIM is ready, Taleik emails the traveller a private link to the QR code and install steps, if you gave their email address. You can also print the QR codes from the Business portal. Installation details are confidential: give them only to the traveller they belong to.
Refunds
eSIMs that were never installed can be refunded to your balance when the network operator allows it. Installed or used eSIMs are not refundable except where Taleik decides otherwise.
Your team and data
You manage who in your organisation can order, see installation details and handle money. Taleik processes your travellers’ data only to provide the service, and keeps an audit record of access to installation details.
Suspension
Taleik may suspend ordering for an organisation that breaches these terms or creates risk for travellers. Your order history and statements stay available.
