When does my plan start?
Each plan shows exactly when its validity starts. Most start when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, so you can install at home without losing days.
Do I get a phone number?
No. Taleik plans are data only. Keep your usual SIM for calls and texts, and use WhatsApp and other apps over your travel data.
What if something goes wrong?
If we cannot deliver your eSIM, you are refunded automatically. If an eSIM has never been installed, you can ask for a refund from your account.
